Registration and refund policy 2005
Deposits are due upon registration. Full payment is due 60 days (90 days for international destinations) prior to trip departure date. After receipt of payment, expanded trip details will be forwarded. Full refund ( less US$ 250 cancellation fee) will be given upon written notice of cancellation on or prior to 90 days before trip departure*. If cancellation is made less than 90 days prior to the trip the following charges are due.
60-89 days prior 50% of total trip costs
01-59 days prior 100% of total trip costs
*does not apply for customized itineraries where payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
We highly recommend trip cancellation insurance in case of emergency cancellations and will send you the necessary forms after your registration.
Limitations of liability
We carefully design our trips and use only expert guides and premium equipment. However, the activities in which you will be participating can be demanding with inherent elements of risk and danger beyond our control. It is important to us that you understand that there are certain risks involved in every wilderness adventure. Arctic ladies inc. assumes no liability or responsibility for any injuries, deaths, or loss or damage of property. We assume no responsibility for any expenses due to cancellation or delays due to weather or other circumstances. Arctic ladies inc. also reserves the right to cancel any trip due to hazardous conditions and to make alterations in the schedule and itinerary of any trip in the interest of the safety and comfort of its clients. Every participant will be required to sign an acknowledgment of risk and a release of liability prior to her tour.
